Office Manager HR and Administration

Support us in setting up this location and be responsible for the organization of our office in Debrecen and for the support of our employees. Become part of the story!
- Responsible for HR administration at the location (entry and exit, contracts, insurance, absence management)
- Organization of the entire recruitment process
- Collaboration in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements together with our accounting office
- Office management including administration of contracts, visitor lists and travel organization
- Successfully completed university studies (MSc/ BSc)
- Experience in the administration of global companies
- Hungarian as native language and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Experienced in using MS Office, as well as experience with SAP would be an advantage
