Your Responsibilities

Sensirion is a global player in the field of sensor technology. Personenbild

What are the specific tasks?

You are responsible for carrying out error analysis for customer complaints, predominantly automotive customers. You define corrective measures and compile reports in English and German. You discuss the results of your analysis directly with the customer. You are also responsible for the management of product quality from development through to mass production, in addition to your work on internal audits, risk assessments (FMEA) and customer approval (PPAP).

What are the daily challenges?

Quality issues can have complex origins, which means that you'll need a high level of technical expertise and a strong understanding of the production process and the quality methods in use (8D, 5 Whys). Corrective measures need to be discussed and agreed upon with various – and international – departments, and then monitored meticulously. For this, team spirit, intercultural engagement and perseverance are the keys to success.
