What you move
Develop new wet etching and cleaning processes, applying expertise in high-volume tools
Contribute expertise to projects and help shape future products
Support production with issues, identify their root causes and resolve them
Oversee the entire process chain and initiate process improvements

What you bring along
Completed degree in microsystems engineering, chemistry, materials science or a related field
Strong coordination skills and excellent communication in both German and English
Sound understanding of systems, processes and interrelationships in a microtechnology environment
5 years of relevant experience, hands-on mentality, and strong personal responsibility
