What you move
Organizing shipments: order release for packing, freight booking and customer portal entries
Generating export and import shipping documents and coordinating customs clearance
Handling forwarding administration and sending required documents to logistics and customers
Customs tasks: product classification (HTS, ECCN), origin certificates and customs issues

Responsible role coordinating international shipments and customs processes
Close cooperation with logistics and other internal departments
Active communication with customs authorities, brokers and external partners
Diverse responsibilities in an industrial environment with independent work
What you bring along
Customs specialist qualification with at least 2 years of industry experience
Professional working proficiency in English, German is an advantage
Minimum 2 years experience in international freight organization
Strong organization skills, precision and proactive problem-solving mindset
