Your Responsibilities

Sensirion offers you an array of exciting challenges every day. Set new standards in the field of sensor technology as part of a highly motivated interdisciplinary team. Your future colleague, Maurus (Process Engineer), describes his day-to-day work below.
Personenbild

What are the specific tasks?

In the team, we develop and industrialize calibration processes for the production of our gas flow sensors and continually work to improve these. To develop measuring equipment in e.g. new production systems, experiments must be set up, measurements conducted and the results interpreted. Huge quantities of data are available to ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of existing production processes; this data must be analyzed and the findings taken into consideration in our daily work.

What are the daily challenges?

I work at the interface between the technology groups, product development and production. My scope of responsibility is very broad and covers an extremely diverse range of areas in physics and information technology. This means that I am also constantly confronted with challenges to which there is no standard solution. A hands-on mentality and a degree of pragmatism help here.
